Migrate removed Hibernate UUID @Type to @JdbcTypeCode

Hibernate 6.x removed UUIDCharType, UUIDBinaryType and PostgresUUIDType. Replace @Type annotations referencing these with @JdbcTypeCode and the corresponding SqlTypes constant.
