Migrate @JoinTable to @CollectionTable for element collections

Replaces @JoinTable with @CollectionTable when used alongside @CollectionOfElements or @ElementCollection. @CollectionTable is the JPA 2.0 standard for defining the table that stores element collections. When inverseJoinColumns is present, its column name is preserved as a @Column annotation.
