Remove .njsproj projects from solution

Removes Project entries with the .njsproj extension (Node.js Tools projects) from Visual Studio Solution (.sln/.slnx) files. Node.js Tools projects can't be built by dotnet build and break dotnet-CLI-driven build pipelines.

Usage
