Snapshot reviewed OUT sequences before the selected AdvanceTo statement

Explicit default-off ownership policy operation for a four-statement straight-line method: one initialized local, one producing direct call, one unique bound PipeReader.AdvanceTo(System.SequencePosition) statement and a terminal return. Require original selected OUT variable identity and a bound producing source declaration. Insert typed owned copies before the whole boundary statement, preserving original nodes. Does not infer buffer origin, lifetime or reader lineage; untouched unbound nodes are preserved and provide no selection proof. Never included in migration composites.

Exact forward-slash source path, without globs. Supply the complete compiled source closure, including the producing method declaration.

Exact bound Owner Method(out System.Buffers.ReadOnlySequence<System.Byte>,out System.Buffers.ReadOnlySequence<System.Byte>) key, including every parameter and its ref/out/in mode. No wildcards.

Comma-separated exact OUT ReadOnlySequence<byte> parameter names. All must qualify; copies follow declaration order.

Accept allocation, coalesced segments, changed identity, eager exceptions and copying before the entire selected boundary statement, including receiver and argument evaluation. Default false.
