Upgrade reviewed Extensions packages with proven .NET 9 dependency policy

Proprietary

Upgrades existing Logging.Abstractions and DependencyInjection family references to the reviewed 9.0.22 release only when the complete captured build contains only the reviewed Extensions subset and proves supported literal targets and dependency policy. Preserves lower, conditional, imported, unknown or newer policy. Does not upgrade dependency pins: select and review explicit UpgradeNuGetPackageVersion steps separately before admission. Reuses the generic NuGet version/property/central planner; supplies no runtime compatibility claim.

OpenRewrite.Recipes.CSharp.Migration.Dotnet.Net9.UpgradeExtensionsForMigration

Optional

CompatibleDependencyPinsReviewedBoolean

Confirm semantic review of existing direct dependency pins. Only already compatible literal or uniquely resolved property/central versions are admitted; lower or uncertain pins remain unchanged. Run explicit co-pin primitives in a separate reviewed pass first.

RegenerateMarkerBoolean

Refresh native metadata after the edit. Composite migrations may defer this to their final attestation.

mod run . --recipe=OpenRewrite.Recipes.CSharp.Migration.Dotnet.Net9.UpgradeExtensionsForMigration

Install it once, then run it on every repository under the current directory. New to the Moderne CLI? Set it up.
