Use ArgumentOutOfRangeException.ThrowIfZero()

Replace if (value == 0) throw new ArgumentOutOfRangeException(nameof(value)) guard clauses with ArgumentOutOfRangeException.ThrowIfZero(value). Also handles reversed 0 == value. Available since .NET 8.
