Remove reviewed modern reflection permission assertions

Remove only fresh ReflectionPermission(PermissionState.Unrestricted).Assert() block statements after review that all consumers use the attested modern System.Security.Permissions implementation whose constructor and Assert are empty. Keep permission attributes, stored permissions, other states, Demand/Deny/PermitOnly and all reflection logic. Standalone opt-in; no Framework partial-trust equivalence or authorization-policy migration.
