Use ArgumentOutOfRangeException.ThrowIfNegative()

Replace if (value < 0) throw new ArgumentOutOfRangeException(nameof(value)) guard clauses with ArgumentOutOfRangeException.ThrowIfNegative(value). Also handles reversed 0 > value. Available since .NET 7.
