Find resolved public empty X509Certificate/X509Certificate2 constructors and obsolete Import invocations. Modern BCL imports throw PlatformNotSupportedException; empty construction remains possible but obsolete. Review immutable certificate creation/loading, preserving empty-state intent, content format, password/key storage, existing references, overrides and failure handling. Copy/handle/content constructors, other imports, custom declarations, unresolved calls and conditional snapshots remain unchanged. Opt-in review only.
