Review obsolete URI escaping without changing delimiters

Find resolved public static Uri.EscapeUriString(string) calls, including aliases, qualified calls and static imports. Preserve the call and its argument/evaluation: EscapeDataString changes delimiter and existing URI contracts. Leave custom/unresolved calls, method groups, nameof-only references and conditional snapshots unchanged. Do not choose a URI/component encoding policy.
