Review legacy RSA object-based hash dispatch

Find resolved RSACryptoServiceProvider SignData and VerifyData overloads whose hash selector is System.Object. Framework implementations compute with a supplied HashAlgorithm instance, while modern implementations can select a standard digest from its algorithm family instead. Keep executable code unchanged rather than choosing an algorithm, padding, provider or key-storage policy. Leave explicit HashAlgorithmName overloads, hash-only methods, method groups, lookalikes, unresolved calls and conditional snapshots unchanged. Opt-in review recipe.
