Review legacy PasswordDeriveBytes output compatibility

Find resolved public instance PasswordDeriveBytes.GetBytes(int) calls without changing their output. Replacing this legacy derivation with PBKDF2 changes derived bytes and may break persisted data or peers. Review streaming/Reset state, named hash mappings, password ownership and failure handling. Leave other derivations, custom overrides, unresolved calls and conditional snapshots unchanged.
