Use Convert.ToHexString for transient SOAP hex formatting

Replace attributed new SoapHexBinary(bytes).ToString() with Convert.ToHexString on .NET 5 and later. Evaluate the array once and preserve NullReferenceException for null. Remove unused W3cXsd2001 imports and aliases. Stored wrappers, parsing, lambdas, conditional-compilation files, query expressions, namespace-scoped/global SOAP imports, and commented wrapper syntax remain for review.
