Use Convert.FromHexString for valid SOAP hex literals

Replace attributed SoapHexBinary.Parse(nonemptyStringLiteral).Value with Convert.FromHexString on .NET 5 and later after removing only Framework space/CR/LF. Only an even number of ASCII hex digits qualifies. Dynamic, null, empty, malformed, commented, conditional and expression-tree flows remain for review. Remove unused remoting imports and aliases.
