Capture arguments for ignored void delegate APM calls

Opt-in port of ignored bound non-generic void delegate BeginInvoke(value arguments, null, null) statements with a same-source by-value delegate declaration. A typed private void helper captures receiver and arguments in original order, preserves receiver/argument/null failures, then schedules Task.Run with Invoke. Adopt Task scheduling, child-task/unobserved-exception behavior and helper/closure frames. Support simple non-generic reference/enum/primitive types and attested BCL value types; leave ref/out/in, generic/array/pointer/custom-struct parameter types, callbacks/state/observed/named calls and unsupported contexts unchanged. Separate from parameterless recipes and version composites.
