Invoke current-domain callbacks directly

Replace resolved AppDomain.CurrentDomain.DoCallBack calls with synchronous Action invocation for inline lambdas/method groups and fresh CrossAppDomainDelegate constructions. Framework's current-domain implementation directly invokes the callback. Other domains, delegate values/nulls, commented removed syntax and conditional files are left unchanged. No domain creation, isolation or unloading behavior is changed.
