Mark resolved legacy NLog ILoggerFactory.AddNLog and NLog web initialization/configuration calls for manual porting while preserving executable code and metadata. Restrict matching to known declaring types and receiver/parameter/return contracts. Leave supported ILoggingBuilder.AddNLog/AddNLogWeb, custom owners, unresolved calls and conditional snapshots unchanged. No package or host-policy changes.
