Upgrades an existing literal Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk reference to 18.11.0 in one explicitly selected SDK test project targeting .NET 10. Requires all declared hosts to be supported; skips other captured Test SDK consumers, central/property/conditional version policy and direct TestPlatform or CodeCoverage pins. Delegates the edit and reattestation to UpgradeNuGetPackageVersion. Does not retarget hosts or change test code, coverage or CI.
