Find KeyedService.AnyKey behavior change

Finds usages of KeyedService.AnyKey which has changed behavior in .NET 10. GetKeyedService(AnyKey) now throws InvalidOperationException and GetKeyedServices(AnyKey) no longer returns AnyKey registrations.
