Extend a reviewed static field TFM asset branch

Adds one finite canonical TFM symbol to a reviewed canonical asset assignment, using a closed same-class static constructor name-resolution proof. Preserves every snapshot, original ID and binding. Default off; does not infer asset compatibility.

Existing canonical finite TFM symbol whose asset payload was reviewed.

One finite canonical target symbol. No OR_GREATER or arbitrary condition.
