Select the integer MVC status-result constructor before Core migration

Normalize resolved single-argument System.Web.Mvc.HttpStatusCodeResult(HttpStatusCode) construction to its int overload before ASP.NET Core type migration. MVC's enum constructor delegates through that exact cast; Core StatusCodeResult only accepts int. Retain argument evaluation, comments and the actual attributed int constructor. Reason-phrase overloads, unresolved/lookalike constructors, lambdas/query expressions and conditional files remain unchanged. This preparation does not change HTTP response policy or migrate other MVC APIs.
