Set a readonly DependencyProperty using its DependencyPropertyKey

A read-only DependencyProperty can only be written through the DependencyPropertyKey it was registered with; passing the exposed DependencyProperty to SetValue or SetCurrentValue throws at run time. Replaces the call with SetValue(<Name>PropertyKey, ...).
