Add MarkupExtensionReturnType attribute

A MarkupExtension that overrides ProvideValue should be annotated with [MarkupExtensionReturnType(typeof(T))] so XAML tooling knows what the extension yields. Adds the attribute when the returned type can be determined from ProvideValue.
